MADELEINE ELIE has joined the Clapp Family Law team after taking some years out of the workforce to raise her young daughter. She is a business professional with over ten years of experience in the implementation of systems for financial services companies. She has worked in large finance organizations and consulting firms where her solid management and interpersonal skills have ensured efficient teamwork between cross functional groups. She holds a Master in Business Administration from Babson College and a Master of Management in Human Productivity from the University of Sherbrooke. She is fluent in French and has a basic knowledge of Spanish.

When not working, Madeleine enjoys spending time with family, skiing, and kayaking.  She is looking forward to this new chapter in her career and is happy to join this dynamic experienced family law firm.
